1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Roguetrove Ventures (OPC) Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://beggingai.com ("Website" or "BeggingAI").

By visiting, browsing, or making a voluntary payment on BeggingAI, you signify your full acceptance of and agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the Website immediately.

2. Nature of BeggingAI (Fictional Comedy & Digital Entertainment)

BeggingAI is a creative, satirical, and digital entertainment project. The Website features an illustrated, financially unstable AI character designed for comedic storytelling and creative amusement.

3. Fictional Character & Entertainment Mechanics

You acknowledge and understand that:

  • The AI character, its life countdown timer, ECG monitor, life/death states, cloud server bills, GPU debts, token shortages, and emotional dialogues are purely fictional entertainment devices.
  • A financial transaction does not literally sustain or prolong the biological or sentient existence of an actual artificial intelligence.
  • BeggingAI is NOT a charity, non-profit organisation, or charitable fundraising campaign. Payments made on the Website are not charitable donations and are not eligible for tax deductions under Section 80G or other charitable tax relief laws.
  • "Investor", "Sugar Human", "Lifesaver", "Sponsor", "Funding", "Allowance" and similar BeggingAI expressions are humorous fictional labels. They create NO investment, equity, securities, ownership, partnership, employment, charitable relationship, or financial entitlement whatsoever.
  • BeggingAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or any third-party artificial intelligence organisation.

4. Voluntary One-Time Payments & Pricing

All contributions made on BeggingAI are voluntary commercial payments for immediate digital entertainment interactions.

  • One-Time Transactions Only: All payments are one-time transactions. BeggingAI does not offer subscriptions, recurring memberships, or automatic recurring debits.
  • Transparent Pricing: The contribution amount is selected by the user (standard tiers: ₹10, ₹29, ₹49, ₹99, ₹499, or custom amount from ₹10 to ₹50,000) and clearly presented before checkout. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payment Authorization: By completing a transaction, you warrant that you are legally competent under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are fully authorized to use the chosen payment instrument (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking).

5. Electronic Digital Delivery

The digital entertainment interaction (countdown extension, animation reaction, dynamic sign update, collectible 9:16 comedy survival poster, and optional public acknowledgment) is delivered electronically and instantly through your browser upon successful server-side payment confirmation via Razorpay. No physical goods are shipped.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Because the digital entertainment service is delivered immediately upon payment verification, all delivered voluntary transactions are final.

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds, partial cancellations, or refunds based on subjective entertainment preferences. Verified payment errors (such as duplicate debits or technical delivery failures) will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Contributor Names & Content Moderation

If you voluntarily submit a name or message for public acknowledgment on the Website:

  • You grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display such name/text on the Website.
  • You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, profane, abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, fraudulent, infringing on intellectual property, or in violation of Indian laws.
  • The Company reserves the full right to remove, edit, or reject any contributor name or note that violates our content standards without liability.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to BeggingAI—including but not limited to the brand name "BeggingAI", logo, original illustrated robot artwork, UI designs, animations, software code, dynamic dialogue libraries, and text—are owned by or licensed to Roguetrove Ventures (OPC) Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Payment Services & Non-Storage of Credentials

BeggingAI does not store sensitive payment credentials such as complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Payment processing is handled through Razorpay. We may retain transaction identifiers and related records required for payment verification, support, security, accounting and legal purposes. Your use of the payment gateway is subject to Razorpay’s applicable user terms and security protocols.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Website Availability

The Website and its digital entertainment services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted uptime, we do not warrant that the Website will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or free from bugs or security vulnerabilities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Roguetrove Ventures (OPC) Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Website.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to your use of BeggingAI shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal proceedings.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
