1. Introduction & Electronic Record

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011, that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access to or usage of the website located at https://beggingai.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "BeggingAI").

The Platform is owned, developed, and operated by Roguetrove Ventures (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its operating address at Kudlu, Bangalore, Karnataka, India (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform Owner", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use" or "Terms") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, you shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute your binding obligations with the Platform Owner.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "you", "your" or "user" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user or visitor on the Platform by accessing or browsing the Platform or making a voluntary payment.

3. User Obligations & Terms of Access

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to adhere to the following:

• You warrant that you are legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are authorized to use the chosen payment instrument.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information where requested, including voluntary display names or support correspondence.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of the comedic content for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such materials are artistic and humorous in nature.
• Your use of any information or materials on this Platform is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any services or information available through this Platform meet your specific requirements.
• You agree not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information that is obscene, defamatory, libellous, harassing, invasive of another's privacy, racially or ethnically objectionable, unlawful, or infringing on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
• You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, server infrastructure, or interconnected networks through hacking, automated scraping, or other illegitimate means.

4. Payments, Pricing & Billing

All transactions on BeggingAI are voluntary commercial payments for digital entertainment interactions:

• One-Time Payments Only: All transactions are one-time payments. BeggingAI does not offer subscriptions, recurring memberships, or automatic recurring debits.
• Currency & Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Available contribution tiers are clearly presented prior to payment.
• Payment Gateway: Payments on the Platform are processed securely through our authorized payment processing partner, PhonePe (PhonePe Private Limited) / its authorized payment infrastructure.
• Non-Storage of Sensitive Credentials: BeggingAI does not store sensitive payment credentials such as complete credit/debit card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or net banking passwords. All sensitive payment authorizations occur securely on PhonePe’s compliant payment infrastructure.

5. Digital Delivery, Cancellation & Refunds

Immediate Digital Delivery: All digital entertainment interactions (timer extensions, animations, poster generation, and supporter acknowledgments) are delivered electronically and immediately through your web browser upon successful server-side payment verification. No physical goods are shipped.

Finality of Delivered Transactions: Because digital entertainment interactions are delivered immediately upon payment verification, all successfully delivered voluntary payments are final. We do not provide change-of-mind refunds or cancellations after successful digital delivery.

Verified technical errors (such as duplicate debits, unauthorized payments, or verified technical delivery failures) will be reviewed and resolved in accordance with our dedicated Cancellation & No-Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

This Platform contains material which is owned by or licensed to Roguetrove Ventures (OPC) Private Limited. This material includes, but is not limited to, the brand name "BeggingAI", logo, original illustrated robot character designs, artwork, animations, UI design, layout, look, appearance, dynamic dialogue text, and software code. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without our express prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to external third-party websites or services (such as PhonePe). These links are provided for your convenience. We have no control over the nature, content, and availability of those third-party sites and do not endorse or assume responsibility for them.

8. Complimentary Promotional Offers & Bonus Drop Rewards

Following a server-verified payment, BeggingAI may present an optional, complimentary post-payment reward experience ("Bonus Drop"). This may include:

• BeggingAI Digital Rewards: Satirical digital awards, certificates, fortunes, wallpapers, or badge graphics generated directly within your browser. These are provided purely as complimentary digital entertainment souvenirs and possess no real-world cash, monetary, or tradeable value.
• Third-Party Promotional Coupons & Offers: Publicly available discount codes, promotional offers, or deals provided by third-party merchants as an informational courtesy.

Disclaimer of Affiliation & Merchant Terms: Unless expressly stated otherwise, BeggingAI and Roguetrove Ventures (OPC) Private Limited are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the third-party merchants whose brand names or logos may appear on promotional offer cards. All coupons and offers are subject entirely to the respective third-party merchant's own terms, conditions, eligibility criteria, and expiration policies. We do not guarantee the availability, redemption, validity, quality, or fulfillment of any third-party merchant's products or services.

9. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roguetrove Ventures (OPC) Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

In no event shall the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, lockouts, internet or server infrastructure failures, telecommunication breakdowns, power outages, governmental actions, or cyber attacks.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
